Description

WO240128B is a monochrome COG graphic LCD module made of 240×128 pixels, diagonal size 4.8 inch. This COG LCD Module WO240128B is built in with ST7586S controller IC; it supports 6800 8-bit, 8080 8-bit parallel and 3-line 9-bit /4-line 8-bit serial SPI interface. This COG WO240128B type is having the same Active Area dimension and View Area as COB WG240128B, but WO240128B is much thinner than WG240128B. If the customers require 4.8” thinner module for new design, the WO240128B is a good choice.

This WO240128B module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃. The WO240128B is available for different LCD mode options; STN Negative blue with white LED backlight, and FSTN positive white with white LED backlight. The bi-directional data bus of the MPU interface. When CSB is “H”, they are high impedance.
If using serial interface:
D0 is the SDA signal in 4-Line & 3-Line interface.
D1 is the A0 signal in 4-Line interface

/WR/(R/W)

Read / Write execution control pin. (This pin is only used in parallel interface

8080-series	/WR	Write enable clock input pin. The data are layched at the rising edge of the /WR signal.

This pin is not used in serial interfaces and should be connected to VDD1

The function of this pin is different in parallel and serial interface
In parallel interface: A0 is register selection input
A0 = “H”: inputs on data bus are display data
A0 = “L”: inputs on data bus are command
In serial interface: this pad will be used as SCL (serial-clock) input
