Equipped with an RA8875 controller board plus a 36 pin-out connector on board. All Winstar TFT P Series are built in with 8-bit or 16-bit parallel interface options and already pre-defined pin no. 33 ~ 36 as backlight supply, so there is no need to design extra backlight circuit. All of Winstar TFT P Series modules are built in backlight driver IC and support Chinese character, backlight brightness adjustment and Flash Memory.
This module operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, with storage temperatures spanning from -30°C to +80°C. The supply voltage for the LCM ranges from 3.0V to 3.6V, with a typical value of 3.3V.
