Description

WG320240BX is a STN monochrome Graphic 320×240 LCD module display which is having the module dimension of 160×109 mm and AA size of 115.18×86.38 mm, diagonal size 5.7 inch.  This WG320240BX LCD display is built in with S1D13700 controller; it communicates via 6800/8080 8-bit parallel interface; 5V power supply and build in negative voltage generator and temperature compensation optional and touch panel optional.  There are three PCB versions for WG320240BX series:

  • WG320240BX: ZIF connector (CN-FPC), 20 pins
  • WG320240BP2: DIP connection, 20 pins
  • WG320240BP3: with touch panel driver, ZIF connector, 26 pins
