Description

WG12864I is a monochrome 128×64 graphic dot matrix display module which is having the outline dimension of 80x70mm and AA size 66.52×33.24 mm. WG12864I model is built in with NT7107, NT7108 controller or equivalent IC; it supports 6800 8-bit parallel interface. The WG12864I dot matrix display module is 5V power supply; it’s also negative voltage 3.3V power supply optional. This graphic display 128×64 module is available for without backlight or with LED backlight options. This 128 x 64 LCD module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
