WO12864N is a 128×64 COG Graphic LCD display. This LCD module is built in with ST7567 controller IC, driving duty 1/65. It supports 6800 8-bit, 8080 8-bit parallel and 4-line SPI interface. This LCD module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃. WO12864N is COG structure display that is very suitable for applications that demand a more compact package. Please note the WO12864N is the alternative model for WO12864B1 corresponding IC shortage or longer lead-time.

| 1 | CSB | Chip select input pin.Interface access is enabled when CSB is “L”,When CSB is non-active(CSB=”H”),D[7:0] pins are high impedance. |
