Description

WG160128B is a monochrome graphic LCD 160×128 dot matrix display module which is having the module dimension of 129×102 mm and AA size of 95.96×75.76 mm. This WG160128B model is built in with RA6963 controller; it communicates via 8080 8-bit parallel interface; 5V power supply or 3.3V negative voltage optional. This lcd display 160×128 module is available for graphic mode or Character Generator mode (Character font) optional. It can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
