Description

WO2004C is a monochrome Character 20×4 COG LCD module with FPC. This COG module has the dimension of 74.3 x 36.4 mm, and VA size of 60.5 x 22.18 mm. WO2004C is built-in with IST3602 IC; its interface is I2C and supports 3V power supply, 1/33 duty, and 1/6 Bias. This LCD module can be operated at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.

WO2004C is available in FSTN positive LCD and STN Negative with white LED backlight; please contact us if you need different LCD type and LED combination.
