WG320240BP3 is 320×240 graphic LCD display which is having the module dimension of 160×109 mm and AA size of 115.18×86.38 mm, diagonal size 5.7 inch.  This module is built in with S1D13700 controller; it communicates via 6800/8080 8-bit parallel interface; 5V power supply and build in negative voltage generator and temperature compensation optional and touch panel optional.  There are three PCB versions for WG320240BX series:

  • WG320240BX: ZIF connector (CN-FPC), 20 pins
  • WG320240BP2: DIP connection, 20 pins
  • WG320240BP3: with touch panel driver, ZIF connector, 26 pins

21 DIN Serial Data Input. If CS is low, data is latched on rising edge of DCLK.
22 DOUT Serial Data Output. Data is shifted on the falling edge of DCLK. This output is high impedance when CS is high.
23 PEN Pen Interrupt. Open anode output (requires 10kΩ to 100kΩ pull-up resistor externally).
24 PEN1 Pen Interrupt. Open anode output (requires 10kΩ to 100kΩ pull-up resistor externally).
25 NC No connection
