Description

WG240128B is a 240 x 128 graphic LCD module which is having the module dimension 144×104 mm and AA size of 107.98×57.58 mm, diagonal size 4.8 inch. This 240×128 graphic LCD module is built in with RA6963 controller and negative voltage built in on module. It supports 8080 8-bit parallel interface and 5V power supply, this module is temperature compensation optional, and touch panel optional. WG240128B module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
