The WEH001602E is a COB character OLED module with a PCB board, designed with a 2.29-inch diagonal size and capable of displaying 16 characters across 2 lines. It shares identical dimensions with the Winstar LCD WH1602A, measuring 84.0 x 44.0 mm in outline and offering a viewing area of 66.0 x 16.0 mm, with matching pinouts. This makes it a versatile option for replacing existing STN character displays or integrating into new projects.

This module supports various interface options, including the default 6800, along with 8080 and SPI for enhanced flexibility. Equipped with an integrated Fonts controller IC, all Winstar standard COB OLED character types support ASCII, English, Russian, European, and Japanese character sets through a built-in ROM standard font library.

Operating efficiently with a logic supply voltage ranging from 4.8V to 5.3V (typically 5.0V), the WEH001602E performs reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C, with storage capabilities from -40°C to +85°C. It boasts an impressive contrast ratio of 10,000:1 and offers multiple emitting colors for customizable display options.

The OLED features an ultra-thin design and utilizes organic self-emitting technology, eliminating the need for a backlight.
